Group Boot Camp Fitness Training
Group training $10.00 per session, 1 hour of training.
Required to buy 4 session or more to get started!
We offer two boot camp classes at 6pm and 7pm Monday thru Friday, appointments are required!
Lifestyle behavior wellness interview
A lifestyle behavior wellness interview, is available which consist of various questions to assist with making a Lifestyle change. Caloric intake information and full fitness assessment is available.
Determine Client Goals
- Fat loss-through diet & activity
- General fitness-dietary, aerobics, muscle strength/endurance,flexibility
- Improved flexibility (client age is a factor)
- Aerobic conditioning-beginner, intermediate, advanced
- Muscle endurance-beginner, intermediate, advanced
- Muscle stamina-beginner, intermediate, advanced
- Muscle strength-beginner, intermediate, advanced
